UX research

Pendo’s guide authoring visualization was entirely linear, which didn’t account for the dynamic logic of a Pendo Guide. I designed the Step Map and Guide Branching features to solve this, giving guide authors a visual way to understand, build, and manage non-linear guide flows for the first time.

Website redesign

Liftoff is a platform that helps people drive traffic and retain users to their mobile apps. They see hundreds of potential clients coming to them with business inquiries. One of their main problems was they wanted to attract users that were better equipped with knowledge of the Liftoff platform.

Try to create. I want to tell people to create. Just start by creating your day. Then create your life.
